My stay at the resort spa was quite the mixed bag. The location is serene and away from the hustle of Shimla, which I appreciated. However, the rooms felt a bit too cramped for the price I paid. The service was exceptional, with many staff members going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Dining was underwhelming, and I expected a bit more from the food considering it’s a spa resort. Overall, it has potential, but clarity on some elements would enhance the experience.
